Live Native is a new company based on the Isle of Skye making a unique skin care product inspired by the life-loving ideals shared by all vegan, raw and organic led lifestyles. The ingredients in our premium range of enzymatically active moisturisers, remedial balms and sex lubricant are either unrefined or unpasturised and sourced specifically for their raw or low temperature extraction and processing methods. Our heat-free raw blending ensures that nature’s store of naturally occurring enzymes, phytonutrients, antioxidants, EFA’s and bio-active plant phytochemicals remain intact. No animal products (or testing), mineral oils, hydrogenated oils, colourings, phthalates, preservatives, parabens or petroleum by-products, alcohol or unnatural stabilizers have been used in any Live Native product.

We care deeply about the purity and freshness of our living skin foods, and know that it is only possible to produce such loving skin care by respecting and caring for our planet.

All of our raw ingredients are shipped by sea, helping to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. We have a policy of reuse and recycle, recycling only when re-use is not an option. The inks used in our cosmetic packaging are vegetable inks and a percentage of our company profits are donated to the following charitys: Compassion in World Farming, Hillside Animal Sanctury and Advocates for Animals.

We are firm believers in sustainable, health-full, life-loving living, based upon natural principles and avoiding the unnecessary use of harmful chemicals. We believe that such skin care should be enjoyed by all!

MAKING A PURCHASE 

THIS IS AN E-COMMERCE SITE WHICH ENABLES YOU TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM US ONLINE. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or mail. Please note that if there is any variation in invoice totals we will advise of the reason and the difference before shipping to obtain your agreement.

There is no minimum order value. We accept all orders, no matter how large or small.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

The cost of shipping varies according to the total order value. Postage costs vary according to your country.

You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order.

For overseas orders, please contact us by email at sales@livenative.com. However if you do make an order from abroad we will always advise you of the total cost before shipping, to ensure you wish to go ahead with the order.

UK orders over £50 will be shipped for free.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Although we can't guarantee it, we do our utmost to ensure that all orders received are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post the next working day, and should be delivered to you within 3 working days of placing your order. For the rest of the world we will advise you on shipping times and charges before we take payment.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

TAX CHARGES

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT at the appropriate rate is added and included in the price. Trade orders and those from UK and European VAT registered companies must contact us by fax or email to obtain prices.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

GUARANTEE

We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any goods, which are unsatisfactory, can be returned within 30 days and we will replace them, credit your account or refund the cost of purchase at our discretion.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be authorised by Live Native prior to return. We will be happy to refund to you the cost incurred in returning faulty goods, but a charge will be made if goods have to be returned due to customer error. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging.

REMITTANCE TERMS

All orders are to be paid for before shipping. This can be done with Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Cheque. For payment by cheque please allow 5 working days for clearance.
