MAKING A PURCHASE
This is an eCommerce site which enables you to purchase products from us online.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" where
you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or mail. Please note that if there is any variation in invoice totals we will advise of the reason and the difference before shipping to obtain your agreement.
There is no minimum order value. We accept all orders, no matter how large or small.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
The cost of shipping varies according to the total order value. Postage costs vary according to your country.
You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order.
For overseas orders, please contact us by email at email@example.com. However if you do make an order from abroad we will always advise you of the total cost before shipping, to ensure you wish to go ahead with the order.
UK orders over £50 will be shipped for free.

we can't guarantee it, we do our utmost to ensure that all orders
received are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post the next working day,
and should be delivered to you within 3 working days of placing your
order. For the rest of the world we will advise you on shipping times
and charges before we take payment.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any goods, which are unsatisfactory, can be returned within 30 days and we will replace them, credit your account or refund the cost of purchase at our discretion.

All returns must be authorised by Live Native prior to return. We will be happy to refund to you the cost incurred in returning faulty goods, but a charge will be made if goods have to be returned due to customer error. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging.
All orders are to be paid for before shipping. This can be done with Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Cheque. For payment by cheque please allow 5 working days for clearance.
