USAGE HAND SOAK – Mix one teaspoon of Essential Rose into a bowl of hot water (not boiling). Soak your hands until water cools. TO EXFOLIATE HANDS – Apply a pinch of Essential Rose directly to damp hands. Massage with a slow circular movement to back of hands before continuing to palms, then length of fingers. Gently rinse remaining scrub from hands with warm water. Complete the treatment using Live Native Botanic Earth antioxidant Mud Mask and nourish with Essential Woman moisturiser. AS A BODY SCRUB – In the shower, rub a generous amount of Essential Rose over damp skin. Massage gently to stimulate circulation and remove dead skin cells. Rinse under warm water and moisturise to finish.
